The place is fairly spacious and features an open area where you can have opportunities to network with people from all nationalities.

The menu features a wide range of options while being reasonably priced, with various gluten-free and vegan options.

I liked how fast and reliable the free Wi-Fi was at the cafe, although video calls were a bit unstable at some moments. Yet, you should keep in mind that not all tables have power outlets.

The Venue Cafe is a highly underrated gem in the heart of the Portuguese capital. Almost everything about this place makes it a perfect spot for a remote worker.

The atmosphere is calm and cozy, the background music is well-picked and helps you concentrate, the Wi-Fi is free and incredibly fast, and you have access to several wall outlets.

The place also sells proprietary coffee blends at excellent prices, but unfortunately, it’s closed on weekends.
